- Any absences on my part for personal reasons will be notified to customers on social networks.Conditions- In case of public use (photos posted on social networks for example) of your order I will thank you to credit me in order to bring me the necessary visibility to my activity. You are not obliged to do it every time, but please do it from time to time.
- You must notify me if you wish to modify your fursuit yourself or resell it.
(I like to know what happens to my creations).
- I do not accept deadlines for orders, but I commit myself to deliver the fursuit in less than 1 year from the moment your turn in the waiting list has come and the full payment of your fursuit has been made.
- Please do not contact me every day to find out about the progress of your order, I will contact you myself as the project progresses.
- I retain all rights to use the fursuits produced as part of orders for the purpose of promoting my work.Order process- You accept the terms and conditions described here.
- You must provide me with a complete and legible (unshaded) reference of your character or several photos showing him/her from different angles, as well as a description of what you want.
You'll need to send it to me by e-mail for best quality ([email protected]).
- If you'd like specific materials for a particular part of the fursuit, please let me know. (If I'm not comfortable with the material, I'll let you know).
- Once I have received the full amount requested for your order and your turn has arrived on the waiting list, your order will begin.
- I will provide photos of the progress of the project, and if I forget any details that were established in the initial request or in our communications, the necessary modifications to correct these errors will of course not be billed.
- All requests for major modifications will be invoiced, unless I am mistaken, of course.
- Once the finished fursuit has been validated by the customer, no further changes will be accepted.Pricing- An estimate will be made according to the complexity of the order.Payment- Payment only in Euro (€) and via PayPal.
- I accept payment in instalments only if the order exceeds €1000. Depending on the total amount of your order, I may be able to offer you up to 4 instalments. However, the order will not be processed until the full amount has been received, and you will be given a maximum time limit for completing payment.
- No refunds (even partial) will be made if you exceed the deadline for payment in instalments.Refunds- If you wish to cancel your order once it has begun, a partial refund will be granted, calculated on the basis of what has already been produced and/or ordered (materials).
- I reserve the right to cancel an order in progress if the customer does not respect or infringes these conditions. A refund of 50% of the order will be made.Rights and Special Conditions- I reserve the right to refuse any order without justification.
- I retain the copyright on the order.
- I do not accept underage customers for fursuit orders.
- after receipt of your fursuit you have a 1-year warranty on the product, if a problem occurs (seam that breaks) you can send the product back to me for repair (you will only pay for shipping, not the cost of repairs.)
